Band 4 – Assistant Practitioner – Outreach Services. Join NHS Lothian’s Nursing and Midwifery team to support families with children who have Exceptional Health Care Needs across Pan Lothian. The role promotes a collaborative, person‑focused approach to deliver high‑quality, compassionate, and effective care.

Responsibilities
  • Support families in managing the care of children and young people with complex, technology‑dependent needs.
  • Deliver continuous, consistent care as outlined in individual care packages.
  • Work across Lothian, covering day, night and weekend shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
