GOGC (Global Oil, Gas and Chemicals) leads the First Fit project sales approach in the Energy Production & Chemicals sectors for Steam Thermal Solutions, acting as the go‑to global partner for OpCos by providing the technical, commercial, and project expertise needed to win strategic project orders and establish the installed base on which to grow long‑term aftermarket revenues.
Role Overview: GOGC leads the First Fit project sales approach in the Energy Production & Chemicals sectors for Steam Thermal Solutions. The GOGC Lead Technical Executive will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within the organisation to grow First Fit project business across Steam Thermal Solutions. Responsible for overseeing the delivery of GOGC technical activities to meet both customer and business objectives. This position demands a proactive approach to problem‑solving, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement across all aspects of technical delivery. You will act as a key technical authority, collaborating closely with stakeholders and ensuring best practices are followed throughout project lifecycles. As a Lead Technical Executive, your expertise will shape the organisation’s technical direction and foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and professional development.
