Qualifications

• 10 Years of experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management / Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Position and provide strategic leadership and oversight for the management and integration of projects and programs within the portfolio.
• Direct and report on financial performance of the portfolio.
• Position and direct strategic relationships with key stakeholders for the delivery of the portfolio.
• Direct and influence the execution of portfolio projects for continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage the portfolio management team performance.
• Position and direct controls for planning, scheduling, accounting and costing for delivery portfolio.
