A leading media company is seeking a Welfare Advisor to provide guidance on welfare practices for program participants. This role entails risk management and collaboration with teams globally. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in Risk Management or Health & Safety, alongside experience in crisis management and effective communication. The position requires flexibility for national and international travel, and potential weekend work, to ensure comprehensive support for productions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Management or Health & Safety or related roles.
• Eligible to be a Certified member of a relevant professional body, i.e., IOSH.
• Ability to maintain a calm approach in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Advise Health and Safety Risk Advisors on welfare risk management.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure compliance with welfare practices.
• Document and triage support requirements for productions.
• Conduct structured risk assessments and audits as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for Health & Safety meetings.
