• 8+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or employment law.
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of German and Spanish is favorable.
• Sound knowledge of global compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&C risk assessments and audits.
• Develop and maintain compliance performance dashboards.
