Qualifications

• 10+ years in marine service leadership with accountability for service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardized service processes and digital transformations.
• Direct global service delivery operations and cost control.
• Build and manage regional partner ecosystems.
• Own through-life support programs for HVAC/R and other systems.
• Scale remote monitoring and diagnostics for predictive maintenance.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
