PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Global Leadership Development Manager is responsible for the strategic design, development, and deployment of innovative leadership development programs and tools across the organization. This role focuses on creating impactful, scalable, and future-ready learning experiences that build leadership capability at all levels and support the organization’s global talent strategy, fostering strong collaboration with function heads and operational stakeholders. The position will be based in London (Bedfont).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the execution of our Global Talent Management & Development Roadmap through partnering with regional L&D leaders to assess current and future talent development needs and identify scalable solutions to address gaps. Translate insights into a clear leadership development program ensuring alignment with global priorities e.g. design and development of a global emerging leaders program, developing a mentoring framework, crafting development pathways for key roles.
  • Lead the design and development of global leadership development programs, frameworks, and development journeys tailored to different leadership levels (e.g. emerging leaders, new managers and senior leaders).
  • Create engaging, blended development experiences working in partnership with Global Learning Solutions, using a mix of digital tools, experiential learning opportunities, explore potential external partnerships that could be of value for development, coaching/mentoring, and peer learning.
  • Cooperate with regional L&D leads to co-create solutions and ensure alignment with country needs and alignment to global priorities and roadmap.
  • Develop toolkits and resources to support leaders and PC&O Leads and representatives in driving development conversations and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of leadership development offerings globally while allowing for regional customization where appropriate
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in design and development of Leadership Development initiatives, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in implementing respective initiatives in a global organization is critical
  • Good understanding of performance management and talent management and talent development best practices and methodologies
  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment is key. This role is part of a small global team where a hands-on approach is critical
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable talent management plans
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of talent management and development initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to confidently navigate multiple platforms with experience of SuccessFactors preferred
