Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT End-User Service or Desktop Services role.
  • ITIL3/ITIL4 Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 Deployment and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site operational IT support and remote assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user hardware and software issues.
  • Manage deployment and handover of hardware.
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge documents.
