Qualifications

• 8+ years of previous experience in Learning, TM/OD or HR.
• Proven training program management experience in large-scale projects.
• Experience in the aviation industry and cargo import/export training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global learning process from design to evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define training strategies.
• Develop and maintain training project plans including budget and timelines.
