Typical Day
  • Training and coaching your sales staff, ensuring they deliver consistent excellent service and achieve monthly sales and CSI targets
  • Maintaining fantastic presentation standards within your dealership and in digital and online images and video
  • Conduct regular staff performance reviews
  • Ensure the smooth running of your sales department, effectively and profitably, carefully controlling volume and margin KPIs
  • Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities
  • Communicate with our customers with integrity and transparency, enhancing the customer experience – Professionalism is always your top priority
  • Raise the profile of the Stoneacre brand by delivering a consistent 5 star service
About You
  • You will have fantastic people skills and thrive working in a customer-facing environment
  • You will be a natural manager, communicating effectively with your team, and have the ability to demonstrate leadership and direction
  • You will be results driven with the desire to succeed
  • Strong motivational and coaching skills, with the focus on bringing the best out of your team
  • You may not currently work in the motor industry, but you will already have sales management experience
  • A positive, motivated and empathetic approach with the ability to work well under pressure – It will be your people skills that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way
  • We want you to love what you do – The rest will come naturally
  • A full UK driving license
