Job Overview

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the completion of fencing, construction and hard/soft landscaping projects across various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of fencing and gates
• Support the preparation and completion of hard landscaping (e.g., paving, decking, walls)
• Assist with soft landscaping tasks such as turfing, planting, and soil preparation
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and well organized
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or construction preferred but not essential
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
