• Must hold domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in servicing, repairs, and maintenance of gas boilers.
• Full Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer properties to carry out diagnostics, breakdowns, and emergency repairs.
• Manage daily appointments and van stock via a tablet device.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
