Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Gardener in Merthyr Tydfil to support grounds maintenance. This active role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions. Candidates must have previous gardening experience and a full UK driving licence. You'll be responsible for litter picking, bin emptying, leaf picking, pruning, and more. The Role

Manpower is recruiting a Gardener on behalf of our public sector client to support day‑to‑day grounds maintenance across a busy site. This is an active position where you will help keep outdoor areas clean, tidy and well presented. Please note this role involves working outside in all weather conditions.

• Litter picking across the grounds
• Emptying outdoor bins
• Leaf picking and general tidying
• Pruning shrubs and maintaining green areas
• Gritting during icy weather
• Other general grounds work as required
