Overview

We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. We have 3 posts available in Hamilton: 3 x Hamilton Local Office, Brandongate, Hamilton, 35 hours permanent; 1 x Hamilton Local Office, Brandongate, Hamilton, 35 hours temporary. 35 hour posts are Monday - Thursday 08:45 - 16:45 and Friday 08:45 - 16:15. This is a rewarding role which gives you opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery.

You would be part of a successful, well-established minute-taking service. As an Administrative Assistant within the minute-taking service, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co-ordinate, complete and distribute minutes of meetings (which include Child Protection, Adult Support and Protection, etc.). You will attend meetings (majority via Microsoft Teams) and take a record of the meeting using agreed templates, which will include the agreed care plan for the service user. You will also be responsible for updating electronic systems including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.

Hours: 35 hours per week. Vacancy: Permanent and Temporary posts available. Salary: £28,340 - £28,742.

Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings (primarily via Microsoft Teams) and record essential information, including care plans where applicable.
  • Coordinate and update electronic systems, including the Child Protection Register.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies as part of the minute-taking process.
