Position Summary

The Flex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join our Future Leaders Programme in London. You will work closely with one of the Founders and gain hands-on experience in managing a property business, supporting various functions from maintenance to operations and process engineering.

This role requires grit, ambition, and resilience. You will learn to wear many hats and develop practical knowledge across different areas by working at the entry level to understand the business from the ground up.

Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Building and launching new processes and automations
• Landlord account management
• Cost control
• Onboarding
• Warehouse logistics
• Maintenance and ground operations

Tasks will vary from physical activities to technical problem-solving. Over time, you will develop skills to lead a department.
