About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s fundraising efforts. This position involves assisting in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, maintaining donor relations, and providing administrative support to ensure the success of various fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a mission-driven organisation.

  • Improve donor engagement by 100% within 6 months.
  • Experiment and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all fundraising campaigns.
  • Ensure all donors’ queries and requests are heard and resolved within 2 working days.
  • Send upsell requests to 20% of donors every month.
  • Prepare reports on fundraising activities, updates, and results.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to help inform and improve fundraising strategies.

Requirements
Educational
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Expertise
  • Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficient in English.
  • Ability to engage and communicate with empathy and patience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Passion for the organisation’s mission and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Good to have
  • Previous experience in fundraising, event planning, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
