Job summary

A unique outdoor nursery in Kelvedon Hatch is recruiting passionate and experienced Level 2 and Level 3 qualified teachers. Candidates will promote safeguarding and assist in planning curriculum activities while working closely with children and parents. Qualifications

Main Duties
  • Actively promote and support the safeguarding of children within the setting
  • Ensure nursery policies and procedures are observed at all times
  • Assist with planning of the curriculum and individual child's planning
  • Help set up rooms according to planning and children's interest
  • Act as a key person to a small group of children, liaising closely with parents/carers and ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Experience of working with young children
  • Commitment to diversity and equal opportunities
  • Friendly, flexible approach
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Driving licence (due to the remote location of the nursery)
