Full Stack Developer – Azure, C#, Python, Angular

Majority remote (UK), aligned to your nearest Succession office location

We are Succession Wealth, from start-up in 2009, we are now one of the leading independent financial planning and wealth management business' in the UK and part of the Aviva Group. We have over 900 employees and 200 Wealth Planners who provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices.

We’re growing our IT Systems team and looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support secure, resilient integrations that keep our internal and external platforms talking seamlessly. You’ll work across the full SDLC from shaping requirements to deploying, monitoring, and optimising production solutions, with a strong focus on Azure‑based delivery.

The Role
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and related technologies.
  • Build and support integration services using C#, Python, Angular, and Azure‑native components.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data flow, and performance issues across systems.
  • Handle data transformation, validation, and error management between disparate systems.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment.
  • Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and data‑protection standards.
  • Monitor and support live integrations, including logging, alerting, and incident response.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Production experience with C#, .NET, Python, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong API design and systems integration skills; hands‑on building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and the SDLC
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure) and experience deploying/supporting applications in Azure.
  • Practical understanding of security for application development and data exchange.
  • Commercial background in software development or systems integration.
  • Clear, empathetic communicator who collaborates effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proactive problem‑solver, comfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑moving environmen
