Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Rooms in the smooth running of the department
  • Coaching, training and developing the team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and high levels of engagement across the team
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor the financial performance of the department and identify new ways of maximising revenue
  • Recruit new members of the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to join the department
  • Support with administrative duties such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll information
About you

Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
