Qualifications

• Must possess CPR-A & AED Certification.
• Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment.
• Previous customer service and sales experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment to help Members achieve fitness goals.
• Greet and check in Members and Potential Members efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls and assist with member questions and concerns.
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the Club.
