Fixed Term Contract, Full Time

Ashford – Hybrid

This position is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 to 18 months with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

We are working with a well-established organisation in Ashford that is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. This role would suit someone who enjoys supporting others, improving processes and ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating a customer service team to achieve excellent service levels.
  • Holding regular one to one meetings to coach, guide and monitor performance.
  • Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met within the department.
  • Planning and delivering training and onboarding sessions for new starters and existing team members.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring internal procedures are followed at all times.
  • Liaising with Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless service for customers.
What we are looking for
  • Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written)
  • Previous customer service experience gained in a busy and structured environment.
  • Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory position.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional emails.
  • Confident use of Excel.
  • Comfortable working in a phone based role and able to build strong rapport.
  • Experience in sales order processing or administrative work which would be beneficial.
