Qualifications

• Must possess a valid SIA licence.
• 2 years of frontline operational experience within the last 5 years for newly qualified trainers.
• Level 3 qualifications in First Aid, Conflict Management, and Physical Intervention are essential.
• A commitment to high standards of professionalism.
