TKS Training delivers a wide range of construction NVQs and is expanding due to increased demand from employers and individual learners. We are building a small, flexible team of experienced freelance Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers to support our growing candidate base.

We welcome applicants who specialise in any NVQ level from 2 to 7.

Roles Available

Freelance NVQ Assessors (Construction)

We are looking for Assessors experienced in one or more of the following areas:

• Level 2 Construction Operations & related pathways
• Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision
• Level 4 Construction Site Supervision
• Level 6 Construction Site Management
• Level 7 Construction Senior Management

Essential Requirements:

• CAVA / A1 / D32–33 (or equivalent assessor qualification)
• Relevant occupational competence in your route
• Experience supporting learners through NVQ portfolios
• Ability to carry out workplace assessment and professional discussions
• Good communication skills and reliable assessment practice

Freelance Internal Quality Assurers (IQA)

We are also seeking IQAs to support our assessment team.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 4 IQA Award / V1 / D34
• Assessor qualification (CAVA / A1 / equivalent)
• Solid occupational background in construction
• Experience sampling portfolios and supporting assessor practice
• Understanding of NVQ assessment standards
