Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

HFG are currently working with a leading London insurer to find a new FP&A Manager. This senior role involves driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, providing actionable insights and strategic support to senior management.

Salary

£80,000 – £90,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and developing long-term financial models.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, providing insightful analysis of variances and actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic initiatives, ensuring financial feasibility and alignment with organisational goals.
