Forklift Driver (Reach and Counterbalance)

Newfield Consulting is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver (Reach and Counterbalance licence required) for a temp 2 perm contract. Start date: as soon as possible.

Location: Hemel Hempstead (must be able to commute reliably).
Pay: £13.20/hour.
Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. Overtime may be available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and stacking materials in the warehouse
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
• Reliable, hard‑working, and safety‑conscious
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
