Qualifications

  • An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in horticultural or forestry discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in the use of agricultural and forestry machinery, and competency in pesticides.
  • Full Driving Licence held for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Support Grounds Services Manager in managing forest landscapes.
  • Promote conservation aspects and support Senior Forest Rangers.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in safe working condition.

Skills

Knowledge of natural history
Experience with agricultural machinery
Competency in use of pesticides

Education

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in horticulture or forestry
