Job Description

Let’s Ko Restaurant Inc. o/a Let’s Ko Restaurant is looking for a Food Service Supervisor (permanent / full time position).

Job title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Terms of employment: Permanent – Full time Position

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operation of the dine‑in/take‑out food service establishment
  • Order food ingredients and other related supplies, as necessary
  • Coordinate and supervise work shifts/schedules and staff activities
  • Assist in hiring new staff, as necessary
  • Perform daily inventory counts and record of supplies/stock and sales
  • Approach potential conflicts/issues (e.g., customer complaints, stock shortages) with best possible solutions
  • Assist in developing restaurant procedures and policies, as necessary
  • Train and mentor new and current employees on workplace safety, sanitation and job duties
  • Ensure health and safety regulation and quality control standards are met
Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
  • Secondary school graduation certificate required
  • Several years of previous experience in food preparation/handling required
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, attention to detail
Wage
  • Salary: $30 per hour for 30–40 hours a week (52 weeks a year)
  • Vacation Pay: 4% remuneration of total gross salary
