Food and Beverage Supervisor at Cheddar Woods Resort and Spa, Axbridge, Somerset. This is a permanent, full‑time position of 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays. The hourly rate is £12.71.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the resort’s experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Take responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Lead the food and beverage team in the absence of the manager.
  • Ensure the department runs efficiently and maintains exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to keep motivation high and training completed.
  • Assist with efficient stock rotation and help order stock.
  • Take and serve food and drink orders.
  • Collect glasses and tableware.
Requirements

Similar previous experience is preferred. Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage for travel to and from the resort.
