A local government authority in Greater London is seeking a Trainee FM Electrical Engineer. This role offers a varied electrical environment where you will support the operation of electrical systems across numerous properties. Job Title: FM Electrical Engineer (Trainee)
Salary Range: £32,840 - £49,361 per annum (starting salary dependent on experience)

Location– Wandsworth Town Hall, room 217, SW18 2PU and York House, Richmond Road, Twickenham, TW1 3AA
Other essential information: This role requires the candidate to work from various locations across Richmond and Wandsworth depending on business need. This role also required you to be part of a call out rota and work unsocial hours at times to support committee meetings.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and improving a diverse corporate building portfolio of around 300 properties across Richmond and Wandsworth. You will contribute directly to creating safe, compliant and well‑functioning environments for staff, service users and visitors. Your work enables our Corporate Facilities Management (FM) service to deliver reliable, high‑quality operations that support the day‑to‑day running of council services.
