At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping on top of vehicle compliance and planned maintenance, reducing vehicle downtime, and making sure all required paperwork and certificates are received andaccurately recorded.

Our office is based in Trowbridge but we're passionate about hybrid working,attendance of the office is required 3 days per week.

You\'ll also:

• Handle incoming customer calls, answering general enquiries regarding downtime and compliance control matters and dealing with customer or service provider queries, progressing and resolving events/complaints
• Plan, book and communicate scheduled events with suppliers and customers; including all customer licensed events
• Manage customer vehicle breakdowns and defects, ensuring the best outcome possible is achieved

• Well organised and able to work to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
• Able toprioritise your workload and follow set process
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
• IT literate, specifically in the use of Excelat a basic level
