• Maintain high standard of health and safety in collaboration with engineers.
• Allocate scheduled and priority works to field engineers.
• Provide technical support and information to clients and engineers.
• Oversee and coordinate pre-service maintenance across the fleet.
• Drive improvements in team engagement and productivity.
