Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of working experience in sales within institutional financial technology sales and/or a high-growth fintech start-up.
  • Strong interest in proactive commercial engagement, building a business and developing technology.
  • Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or financial market digitization.
  • English language proficiency.
  • UK based.
  • Travel in Europe required.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and execute deals to grow the United Kingdom and Nordics Region.
  • Manage the existing UK client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
  • Develop a business plan, deliver on sales targets and maintain all sales interaction via the Taurus CRM.
  • Source and co-ordinate RFI/RFPs with prospects and the internal team.
  • Prepare, manage and follow up sales meetings and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate the closing of new client deals and upsells.
  • Represent Taurus at third-party events and conferences and generate leads.
  • Manage and contribute to marketing, PR and external communication.
