A financial planning and asset management firm in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks an ambitious Financial Planning Pod Leader. The role involves providing high-quality, goal-based financial advice to clients, developing client relationships, and leading a small team of Financial Planners. We are recruiting an ambitious and high calibre, ideally Chartered, Financial Planner to join our growing Financial Planning team. With offices across England, we are looking for someone to join our team in the Newcastle area.
You will be able to demonstrate a background of providing high quality, goal based financial planning to clients, as well as building a client book through developing and building relationships with prospects through client referrals and professional connections.
There’s an opportunity for the right person to work in a growing and dynamic business that uses the best the technology can offer in giving talented people a head start when dealing with clients that require comprehensive financial planning. There is potential to be given a number of clients, and client leads however it is very important that the individual is self‑motivated and can self‑generate opportunities for themselves.
In addition to delivering exceptional client outcomes, this role will include acting as a line manager for a small group of Financial Planners, providing guidance, support, and helping to develop their skills and careers within the business.

Salary/drawings are negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications. There is also an uncapped formulaic bonus based on revenue generated which will be explained as required.
