A hospitality group in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to drive financial performance across their hotels. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and producing insightful performance reports. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and experience in financial analysis within multi-site operations. We’re now looking for a Financial Analyst to join our central Support Office team and play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across our group.
About the Role:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis of performance across the Group’s existing and future hotel portfolio. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across a dynamic, multi-site environment.
You’ll produce clear, insightful monthly performance reporting that explains results versus budget, forecast and prior year, ensuring senior stakeholders fully understand the commercial drivers behind EBITDA, emerging risks and new opportunities.
Working closely with the Head of FP&A and senior leaders across the business, you’ll contribute to strategic decision-making, capex planning and continuous improvement of FP&A processes, while building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
