The Role

The Finance Systems Director will lead the transformation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Oviva’s finance technology landscape. You will be responsible for building scalable, integrated finance systems including ERP, EPM, and billing/cash collection platforms. The role ensures financial data integrity, efficient workflows, and strong system governance to support Oviva's growth.

This position plays a key role in aligning systems to business objectives, empowering decision‑making, and improving automation and performance visibility across the Finance function. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance systems transformation roadmap, including selection and implementation of selected tools.
• Own system architecture, process design, and data governance for all core finance platforms.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery including stakeholder engagement, change management, and vendor coordination.
• Optimize existing finance operations through automation and scalable process design (e.g., procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, reporting).
• Ensure system integration across commercial, clinical, and finance functions to improve business intelligence and performance tracking.
• Support compliance, audit‑readiness, and controls via robust system configuration and documentation.
• Develop and coach a team of project managers and finance systems analysts.
• Act as a change agent across Finance and Tech, fostering collaboration and adoption of new tools.

About You

• Strong project ownership with experience delivering complex, multi‑country implementations.
• Deep knowledge of financial processes (R2R, O2C, FP&A, collections).
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex systems into clear, business‑friendly language.
• Experience managing international, high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of data architecture + analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot).
