The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive - Account Payables to join our Finance team from the UK. The role will focus primarily on Accounts Payables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial and tax regulations. This is a hands‑on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This role is part of a finance team supporting entities based in the UK and internationally.

What you'll be doing

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
• Maintain vendor records and manage supplier relationships
• Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company policies and timelines
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
• Assist with reconciliations, accruals, and other accounting tasks as required
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Finance team
• Requirements Relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience in accounts payable and using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Openness to working in an international environment
• Having qualification such as AAT, BSc in Finance or ACCA will be considered an advantage

N.B.: This role is part of a finance team supporting entities based in UK and internationally. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to work with different accounting systems across multiple jurisdictions.
