Qualifications

  • Experience in bookkeeping in an accounts assistant role or similar.
  • Literate in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with good communication skills.
  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve purchase orders and centralised purchasing of goods.
  • Process supplier invoices in Xero and support invoice approval.
  • Reconcile company credit cards and complete bank reconciliations.
  • Manage the finance inboxes and support financial paperwork processing.
