Job Details

Location: North Wales (including Anglesey)

This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. In lieu of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, applicants must disclose any convictions, cautions, reprimands or warnings that are not protected under the Exceptions Order 1975. Employment is conditional upon a satisfactory DBS certificate.

  • Conduct service visits to address reported calls and maintain high standards of professional service support.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.
  • Perform fault diagnosis and implement effective repairs through adjustments, cleaning or spare‑parts replacement.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines and service‑management recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, provide detailed reports of work completed and secure acceptance of equipment condition and performance post‑service.
  • Install equipment sold by the company and ensure optimal performance to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers to maximize equipment efficiency and prevent operational errors.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables to support service operations.

Typical working pattern is Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break. The role is fully remote at client sites, with periodic attendance at our offices for team meetings and training.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience as an engineer on MFD printers.
  • IT knowledge, ability to network devices and set up scanning functions.
  • First‑class customer service experience with a customer‑facing background.
  • Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
  • Professional appearance and presentation at all times.
  • Willingness to undertake training on new product lines, such as laptops and PCs.
