A leading health technology provider in the UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide high-quality repair and maintenance services for health products. The role requires exceptional customer relations skills, especially when dealing with vulnerable individuals. The ideal candidate should have an electrical qualification and a full UK driving license. This position offers a remote working arrangement and the chance to join a caring team dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide high-quality repair and maintenance service for a range of company and third-party products in an efficient and professional manner. This role is remote and covers the Kent/Surrey area (TW/KT Postcodes).

As a Field Service Engineer at Tunstall, you will need to demonstrate exceptional customer relations and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly individuals, while working on equipment in their homes.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a Field Engineer, using your electrical and electronic experience to help maintain/test a variety of products such as: Emergency Lights, Fire Systems and a variety of our electrical/electronic products. Any experience of working within a field-based role would be desirable, but not essential.
