Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer.
  • Experience with electrical/electronic products.
  • Any field-based role experience is desirable but not essential.

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide high-quality repair and maintenance service for a range of company and third-party products in an efficient and professional manner. This role is remote and covers the Kent/Surrey area (TW/KT Postcodes).

What will you be doing in this role?

As a Field Service Engineer at Tunstall, you will need to demonstrate exceptional customer relations and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly individuals, while working on equipment in their homes.

The ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a Field Engineer, using your electrical and electronic experience to help maintain/test a variety of products such as: Emergency Lights, Fire Systems and a variety of our electrical/electronic products. Any experience of working within a field-based role would be desirable, but not essential.

  • An Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

  • Experience of testing Fire Systems.
