We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Birmingham/Tamworth area. The geographical patch to be covered is the B postcode area.

What we offer

We are looking for vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers who have experience working as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, vehicle technician or a similar role. Experience within plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles or industrial cleaners may make this role a good fit.

Responsibilities
  • Work with equipment ranging from small pallet trucks to IC trucks, VNA trucks and automated trucks.
  • Find, diagnose, and rectify faults; undertake preventative maintenance on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites.
Qualifications
  • Experience in at least one of the following: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Hydraulics.
  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) is preferable, but not essential.
  • IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
