Field Sales Representative - South West - UK

Join The Modern Milkman 🥛

£26,500 basic salary with uncapped commission and travel expenses. Top performers will consistently earn £50k- £55k+ per annum. This is a Field Sales role where you'll:

  • Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman door-to-door
  • Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
  • Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals across the south west
  • Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings
  • Report to the Direct Sales Manager
What we're looking for…
  • Sales experience desirable, but complete training and support given (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
  • A valid driving licence is essential
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
  • Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Capable of being on your feet and active throughout the day
  • Experienced in customer-facing roles
