Qualifications

• IT literate and confident using rostering systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial care needs assessments and service reviews.
• Carry out regular staff supervisions and spot checks.
• Support onboarding of new care staff.
• Manage care rotas and arrange shift cover.
• Maintain accurate staff compliance records.
• Assist with audits and CQC compliance preparation.
