A dedicated care organization in Cottingham seeks compassionate individuals to support those with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role focuses on enabling service users to lead fulfilling lives with dignity and independence. No prior experience in care is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Successful candidates will earn an hourly rate of £12.21. This role primarily involves night shifts and offers opportunities for continuous development and qualification in Health and Social Care.

When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face‑to‑face training, e‑learning and shadowing experienced members of your team. For those new to care, we will make sure you are given the support to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.
Roles are paid at an hourly rate £12.21 per hour - £26,652.72 annually based on a 42 hour working week. The salary shown is a per annum equivalent for illustrative purposes only.
