Support Worker Opportunity

Location: Outskirts of Southport, UK; UK Driving License Required

About the Role

Are you caring, compassionate, and motivated? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established supported living service, helping three amazing individuals live their best lives!

You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities and mobility needs, while promoting choice, independence, and wellbeing.

The Service
  • A 3‑bedroom home with a large garden and welcoming communal spaces.
  • The people you’ll support love:
    • Listening to music
    • Baking treats
    • Watching TV
    • Enjoying their garden in summer
  • They describe themselves as chatty, friendly, kind, and helpful and their ideal support workers will be laid‑back, encouraging, and positive.
Shift Pattern
  • 10am – 10am the next day, which includes a sleepover (10am – 10pm, sleepover, then 7.30am – 10am the next day)
