Job summary

A national healthcare provider is seeking an exceptional Female Support Worker in Darlington to provide high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. This full-time position involves working 42 hours per week, including shifts and weekends. The successful candidate will be a compassionate communicator dedicated to empowering service users and enhancing their independence. We are looking for an outstanding Female Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll be working 42 hours per week (days, nights, alternate weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.

You'll be working shifts: 7am – 7pm, 9am – 9pm, 10am – 10pm and waking nights 7pm – 7am.

Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

*Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role*
