A leading social care provider in Axminster is seeking a Female Night Support Worker to enhance the quality of life of individuals requiring support. This role involves assisting with bedtime routines, providing personal care, and maintaining a safe environment through regular checks. A passion for helping others, resilience, and the ability to follow support plans are key. This position offers competitive pay of £13.06 per hour with additional night enhancements and opportunities for career progression through training.
Typical Shifts are: 20:30 – 08:00 working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends

As a Night Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our residential service in Axminster is a traditional farmhouse, ten minutes away from the Jurassic coast. It has a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with bed time routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should ideally hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, autism and people who have experienced trauma.
