We are Deben Willow Care Ltd, based in Woodbridge. We are a privately-owned provider of care services within the community. We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to join our existing team.

As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent, supporting them, and offering services including personal care, medication support, companionship, and other support tasks that help individuals stay safe, happy, and content in their own home environment.

We have vacancies covering the following areas: North Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Hollesley, Alderton, and more.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a range of skills, including sector knowledge, empathy, self-awareness, effective communication, and traits of a positive carer, and will deliver high levels of care and service.

• All training is face-to-face
• You must hold a driving licence and have your own transport
• An enhanced DBS and references will be required upon an offer
• Good timekeeping essential
• Computer-based knowledge essential

We offer a 45-hour per week contract on a two-week fixed roster. There is the opportunity for additional overtime to supplement holiday and staff absence.
