The role

You will work alongside parents in their own homes.
Your help will:
Help reduce parental stress and the risk of family crisis that can lead to breakdown.
Help parents to develop the confidence, knowledge and skills to manage their family lives again and access mainstream support and local community networks
Improve outcomes for children.
A training course will provide you with all the knowledge you will need to support a family, and you will become part of the fantastic Home-Start team.
