• You will bring to the role a minimum of10 years PQE or demonstrable experiencethat showcases your expertise and readiness for this leadership role.
• A proactive and ambitious approach to business development and networking, with a clear vision for growing a practice.
• You will possess aproven track record of consistently exceeding billing targetsand managing a profitable practice.
• You are an excellent leader with a genuine passion for mentoring and managing teams, coupled with a track record ofbuilding exceptional relationships with colleagues to open discussions around cross-selling.
• Experience with international clients would be desirable.
