Competitive starting salary of £30,000.00 per annum, based on competence and experience. 39 Hours working 5 days per week including 1 weekend per 3 weeks. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

You possess knowledge of how to plan, organize, and manage costs and expenditures for a given area, as well as how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment. You understand the FM scope, delivery model, and business processes, including work order management, contract and supplier management, and both hard FM services (such as technical maintenance and IT equipment) and soft FM services (such as cleaning, pest control, and waste management). You are knowledgeable about sustainability in FM, including energy and water consumption, waste management, and transforming operations to be climate positive and contribute to a circular society. You are passionate about immersing yourself in IKEA's corporate identity, core values, and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people. You ensure that your work accurately represents these principles while effectively engaging with external stakeholders. You are eager to take leadership for your tasks and area of responsibility, act as an ambassador within the FM area, collaborate effectively, be service‑minded and customer‑driven, and embody IKEA culture and values. Experience using CAFM systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Manage FM services to ensure safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvements for a safe and operational environment. Coordinate tasks with internal teams and external FM suppliers, and report on service quality. Conduct checks, participate in audits, and manage FM tools and documentation. Support tendering processes, contribute to goal setting, budgeting, and business planning. Ensure compliance with regulations, collaborate with third parties, and provide technical support for FM operations and projects.
